We accept returns only for items that are:

  • Damaged or defective upon delivery

  • Incorrectly delivered (wrong size or product)

2. Return Time Frame
You must notify us of any issue and request a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with instructions.

4. Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our part.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
